AtlasGen Ltd, trading as Atlas Gen, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Atlas Gen is a UK-based logistics company. Contact us at team@atlasgen-team.com.

2. Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
- your full name, company name, email address and phone number;
- collection, delivery and billing addresses and operational contact details;
- shipment routes, goods descriptions, package quantities, dimensions, weights and ready dates;
- quote, invoice, payment-status, booking, tracking and shipment records;
- communications with our team;
- website and security information, including consent choices and a protected technical identifier used to prevent abuse; and
- advertising attribution such as a GCLID, campaign parameters, landing page and referrer when available.
Please do not send payment card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents through the quote form or by email.
3. How and why we use information
We use personal information to:
- review quote requests and prepare tailored quotations;
- communicate about quotes, invoices, bookings and shipments;
- arrange collection, freight, customs support and final delivery where agreed;
- administer bank-transfer payments and maintain business records;
- prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate submissions;
- meet legal, tax, customs and regulatory obligations;
- improve service reliability and understand advertising effectiveness; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
Our main lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and securing a logistics business. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are used only when the required consent has been given.
Submitting a quote request does not enrol you in marketing. Any future marketing consent will be separate and optional.
5. How long we keep information
Unsuccessful or inactive quote-request records are normally retained for up to 24 months so we can respond to questions, analyse genuine demand and maintain operational records. Records connected to a paid shipment, invoice, dispute or legal obligation may be retained for up to seven years or longer where law or an active claim requires it.
Security and integration logs are retained for a shorter period where practical. We review retention and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, server-side validation, restricted service credentials, monitoring and data-minimisation measures. No internet service is risk-free, but we limit access to people and providers that need the information for an authorised purpose.
7. Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to receive certain information in a portable format. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time through Cookie settings.
Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to that use. We will assess the request and stop unless we have a compelling lawful reason to continue.

9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised date and provide additional notice where a change materially affects how information is used.
