Logistics support
For a quote request, include your Atlas Gen quote reference and the origin and destination countries. For a booked shipment, include your shipment reference or air waybill number (the airline shipment reference), where available.
Do not email payment card details, passwords, bank credentials or unnecessary identity documents. Atlas Gen will not confirm a booking from a payment screenshot alone.
