Privacy notice

Who is responsible
ATLAS GEN LTD (company number 16595062) is responsible for the personal information described here. Our registered office is Office 13638, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, England. Contact team@atlasgen-team.com about privacy or your information.
Information we use
When you enquire, we collect your name, email, optional organisation, enquiry type or service interest, and your message. For consultation requests, you may also provide a phone number, country, company website, industry, company size, budget range, preferred contact method, timeframe and an optional additional message. We retain the source page and limited campaign labels supplied with the link (not full referring URLs or browsing history). We also keep a request reference, timestamps, the privacy-notice version acknowledged and limited technical security records. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material in the initial form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, assess fit, discuss proposed work and keep a record of that conversation. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, that is our legal basis. For business contacts acting for an organisation, our legitimate interest is handling relevant business enquiries and relationships. We also rely on legitimate interests to prevent abuse and protect the service, and legal obligations where applicable.
The checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not consent to advertising. An enquiry does not enrol you in marketing. We do not use enquiry contact details for advertising audience matching, automated business decisions or AI training.
Service providers and transfers
Our configured hosting, database, security and email providers process information to operate the website and handle enquiries. Enquiries are stored durably in our database and synchronised to separate consultation and general-enquiry tabs in our private Google Sheets workbook. These include Cloudflare for website hosting, the secure enquiry gateway and the form security check, Google Cloud, Supabase, Google Sheets and Resend. Vercel retains the previous website deployment for rollback; only the provider serving a request receives that request. Only providers required for the deployed service receive relevant data. We do not sell personal information. Where processing takes place outside the UK, we use applicable transfer safeguards and assess the provider arrangements. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp also processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. Email remains available as an alternative. Specialists receive client information only where necessary for agreed work and subject to appropriate confidentiality and access arrangements.
Retention
We review unsuccessful or inactive enquiries for deletion after 12 months, unless a longer period is necessary for an ongoing discussion, dispute or legal obligation. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the agreed service arrangements and applicable legal requirements determine retention. Limited security records are retained only as needed to investigate and prevent abuse.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email above. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
