These Terms apply to your use of Nova, an AI product built by AtlasGen.

1. About Nova

Nova is an AI productivity and companion product. It is designed to help users chat, organise thoughts, generate briefs, and work with saved context.

2. Use of the product

You must use Nova lawfully and responsibly. You must not use Nova to create, request, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.

3. AI-generated content

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for checking important information before relying on it.

4. Not professional advice

Nova does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Seek a qualified professional where appropriate.

5. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Nova Membership is managed through AtlasGen billing and secure website checkout. Billing, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are managed through the billing portal or AtlasGen support.

If you cancel a Nova Membership, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless your account is otherwise restricted under these Terms. After the paid period ends, access to paid Nova features may be blocked until membership is restored.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. If you want future billing to stop, manage billing before deleting your Nova account or contact support for help.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid billing period has started and Nova services, usage allowance, AI responses, memory, Briefs, or other paid features have been made available or used, except where required by law.

AtlasGen may review refund requests for issues such as duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorised or fraudulent payments, material service failures, or other circumstances required by applicable law. Refunds are not normally provided for forgetting to cancel, change of mind, unused allowance, or cancellation after substantial use of Nova during the paid period.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe where possible. Refund timing depends on Stripe, card networks, banks, and payment providers.

7. Changes to Nova

AtlasGen may update, improve, suspend, or change parts of Nova as the product develops.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtlasGen is not liable for losses arising from unchecked reliance on AI-generated outputs.

9. Intellectual property

Nova, AtlasGen, the Nova name, product design, website content, software, branding, graphics, text, layouts, features, and related materials are owned by AtlasGen Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark, database right, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limited licence

Subject to these Terms, AtlasGen grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Nova for lawful personal or business purposes. You do not acquire ownership of Nova, its software, branding, design, or underlying technology.

11. Restrictions

You must not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from, or attempt to extract the source code, models, systems, prompts, workflows, or proprietary logic of Nova except where the law expressly allows it.
