Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your Nova account and associated personal data, you can request this in the Nova app where available or by contacting AtlasGen support.
How to request deletion
Use the delete-account option inside the Nova app where available. If you cannot access the app, email support from the email address linked to your Nova account.
Email team@atlasgen-team.com using the email address linked to your Nova account and include the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
What we delete
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your Nova account where reasonably possible, including account-related information and app data linked to your account.
Information we may retain
Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.
Subscriptions
If you purchased a Nova subscription through the AtlasGen website, manage your billing first if you want to cancel future charges. Account deletion removes your Nova app account and associated app data, but it does not replace subscription cancellation through AtlasGen billing.
