Free consultation
The initial consultation is free and does not commit you to paid work. Discuss your business, operational problems, existing software and processes, objectives, budget and timeline. We collect only what is needed for a preliminary assessment. Do not share passwords, sensitive information or confidential datasets during an introductory consultation.
Paid diagnostic
Before a diagnostic begins, agree its scope, fee and deliverables. Research likely causes and compare building, buying, configuring and integrating. Set out potential solutions, technical dependencies, implementation requirements, indicative engineering costs, API and software expenses, estimated duration, risks and assumptions. The preliminary proposal identifies what still needs technical verification.
Implementation
Once you approve and fund the agreed initial phase, we validate technical assumptions, engage suitable engineers and confirm architecture and delivery requirements. We agree the detailed scope, build or integrate the solution, test and review it, then complete approved deployment and handover.
A funded first phase
Detailed engineering assessment and solution design can form the first funded phase. A preliminary estimate is not a fixed-price guarantee. Material uncertainties must be resolved before a fixed implementation scope and price can be agreed.
Ongoing managed services
Where appropriate, agree maintenance, monitoring, support and improvements after handover. Supported systems, hours, response commitments, access and fees are agreed in writing. Compare results with the baseline and review the next improvement together.
Clear decisions and responsibilities
Estimates, assumptions and measured results remain distinct. Client systems, credentials and production changes require explicit authorisation. Your engagement defines deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria and support responsibilities.
