Build, buy or integrate?
List the requirements that genuinely matter. Compare existing products and configuration before commissioning software. Include migration, integration, training, maintenance and exit costs, not just the initial price.
When does automation create value?
Measure volume, handling time, error rates and review effort before a pilot. Compare the result after including implementation, provider usage and ongoing support. Hours released are capacity, not automatically cash savings.
What should a diagnostic produce?
A documented baseline, source evidence, options, assumptions and the next decision. Missing information should remain visible. A confident presentation is not a substitute for a testable recommendation.
Who owns a system after launch?
Agree access, documentation, recovery, incident ownership and approval for changes. Support and response commitments need an explicit scope. Review performance against the baseline rather than adding features by default.
