Where work can become difficult
Orders may arrive through several channels while customer, stock, fulfilment and invoice records sit in different systems. Re-entry, exceptions and unclear ownership can make the workflow slower and harder to reconcile. We verify the actual process and evidence before treating any of these as your problem.
What we assess
Map the selected order-to-invoice or related workflow, identify the authoritative records, review handoffs and exceptions, and establish a measurable baseline. Existing ERP, CRM, accounting, warehouse and ecommerce systems remain in scope where you authorise access.
Options before replacement
Compare process clarification, training, configuration, supported API integration, middleware and targeted software changes. Use deterministic automation where rules are stable; consider AI only for a bounded task where representative testing shows sufficient quality and value.
A practical first engagement
Start with a free consultation about one operational problem. If there is a fit, agree a paid diagnostic with a defined scope, evidence request, fee and deliverables. The result separates verified facts, assumptions, options, costs, risks and the next decision.
Implementation and support
Approved implementation uses explicit requirements, permissions, acceptance criteria, testing, reconciliation and recovery arrangements. Ongoing maintenance or monitoring is provided only where systems, responsibilities, service hours and fees are agreed in writing.
Important limits
AtlasGen does not claim that every wholesaler has the same process or needs new software. Benefits are estimated from your evidence and remain potential until measured. Platform access, licences, vendor support and specialist engineering requirements must be confirmed for each engagement.
