Manage Subscription
You can manage Nova subscription support, billing questions, invoices, cancellation questions, and refund requests through AtlasGen support and the billing policy.
For billing or account help, contact team@atlasgen-team.com from the email address linked to your Nova account.
Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Nova account, personal data, and app data from inside Nova where available, or by contacting AtlasGen support from the email address linked to your Nova account.
Email team@atlasgen-team.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. After verifying your request, AtlasGen will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your Nova account where reasonably possible, including account-related information and app data linked to your account.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.
Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. Review the Refund Policy if your request also involves billing.
